Prema is a brand of MarketGrowth Labs ("we", "us"). This policy tells you what information the prema.ai website collects, how we use it, and what choices you have.

This policy covers the prema.ai website, the Prema waitlist and Prema for Business pilot requests. The Prema call service is in development. Before the service launches, we will publish a separate privacy policy for the service.

Information we collect

• Waitlist: your email address, and whether you are interested in Prema for Family or Prema for Business.
• Pilot requests: your name, work email, company, role, team size and any message you write.
• Theme choice: your light or dark theme choice. Your browser stores it on your device. We do not receive it.
• Technical data: our web host and form provider can record standard data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit.

How we use your information

• To contact you about Prema, early access and pilots.
• To learn which products people want, so we can plan our launch.
• To protect the website from spam and misuse.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it for advertising.

Service providers

We use splitforms to receive and store form submissions. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers. These providers process data for us under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep your information

We keep waitlist and pilot request details until you ask us to delete them, or until we close the waitlist.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we have about you. You can also ask us to stop emailing you. Each email from us has a way to unsubscribe.

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know, correct and delete your personal information, and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information. We will not treat you differently because you use these rights.

Children

This website is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page.
